The window closes automatically once the new licence key has been installed.

In the NVivo 12 - InstallShield Wizard dialog box, click Install.

In the unzipped folder, right click NVivo 12 Licence Renewal and select Run as administrator from the fly-out menu.

Locate the downloaded filer, then unzip its contents.

Download the NVivo 12 Licence Renewal zip file from the ICTS Downloads page.

Installations requiring the updated licence (June 2019):

NVivo is now successfully installed and activated.

Fill in your details and click Activate.
